One-Year Limited Breakage Warranty for Jewelry

Effective Date: Sept 15, 2023

Coverage Period: This One-Year Limited Breakage Warranty ("Warranty") is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

1. Warranty Coverage

1.1. What is Covered: This Warranty covers the breakage of jewelry purchased from Soul Spheres ("Company") against defects in materials or workmanship that result in breakage under normal wear and use.

1.2. What is Not Covered: This Warranty does not cover:

a) Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper care - including wearing off of Gold-Filled layer on gold-filled jewelry.

b) Loss of gemstones or any part of the jewelry due to wear and tear.

c) Damage caused by third-party repairs, alterations, or modifications.

d) Jewelry that has been serviced or repaired by anyone other than Soul Spheres

2. How to Obtain Service

2.1. To obtain service under this Warranty, you must:

a) Contact Soul Spheres Customer Service at claire@soulspheres.co to initiate a warranty claim.

b) Present the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase.

c) Send damaged item at your expense (return shipping will be provided by Soul Spheres).

2.2. Soul Spheres will assess the damage and determine if it is covered under this Warranty. If deemed eligible for warranty service, Soul Spheres will, at its discretion:

a) Repair the broken jewelry.

b) Replace the broken jewelry with the same or a similar item of equal value, if repair is not feasible.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

3.1. This Warranty is non-transferable and is only applicable to the original purchaser.

3.2. The maximum liability of Soul Spheres under this Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the jewelry.

4. Additional Terms

4.1. Any repaired or replaced jewelry will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty period or for ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.

4.2. This Warranty is in addition to any rights provided by applicable law and does not affect your statutory rights.

4.3. Soul Spheres reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Warranty at any time.

6. Governing Law

This Warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Escambia County, Florida.

By making a purchase from Soul Spheres, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this One-Year Limited Breakage Warranty and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your shipment was marked as delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at claire@soulspheres.co or do so by starting a customer return online.

If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the original item at your expense, as well as instructions on how and where we should send your new package at our expense (if exchanging). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
